Terms and Conditions

Please find below our terms and conditions which apply to all our sales, whether it be online, over the phone/fax or by mail. By submitting an order you cofirm that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.

Ordering your tiles

There are four ways to order your tiles from us:

Online: simply browse our tiles and add them to our online shopping cart

By Phone: call us FREE on 0800 458 9328 Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 17:30

By Fax: fax us your order FREE on 0800 458 9328 at anytime. Please provide all the necessayr information including your signature and a daytime telephone number.

By Post: write to us: Forre Conservatories Ltd, 200 Grasmere Way, Linslade, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 7HQ

Delivery

Delivery will be charged at £50.00 per pallet.

Orders must be placed and confirmed by Forre Conservatories before 12.00 noon. Deliveries can be made anytime between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Delivery promises are based on the assumption that there is an unobstructed good hard road giving adequate access by lorry to the delivery address, available storage space and suitable and sufficient labour to unload the goods.

Please note that for the protection of all our customers, on all credit card transactions where the customer is not present, we will only be able to make deliveries to the cardholder's billing address. If you wish to pay by credit card and for the goods to be delivered to a different delivery address, please contact us to confirm.

Prices

All prices and offers are correct at the present time, but are subject to change and availability. VAT will be charged on all prices (including carriage) at the rate of 17.5%.

Payment

We accept credit card payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo & JCB using Protx secure server with digital encryption. If you prefer, you may also supply us with your credit card information by telephone or fax.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a written order confirmation by fax or post.

Damaged and returning goods

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and return non-faulty goods please advise us in writing by fax, e-mail or post, within 7 working days of receipt. Please note, that we charge a 30% handling fee on all returned goods.

Damaged goods

Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and advise us as soon as possible of any discrepancies, defects or damages.
